Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

not have been worn, washed, or used;
be in the same condition in which it was received;
be returned in its original packaging, with tags intact;
be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned after opening, extended fitting, or use.

This may include certain nightwear pieces, items worn close to the body, accessories, or specific products.

How to Request a Return

Please include in your message:

your order number;
the item(s) concerned;
the reason for the return.

We will reply within 24 to 48 hours with the instructions to follow for the next steps of the process.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items.

For greater security, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item concerned.
We will then inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.

Exchanges

Depending on stock availability, we do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you would like another item, another size, or another model, we invite you to place a new order once your return has been approved, whenever possible.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not in accordance with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and attach clear photos of the item concerned.

In this case, we will offer you an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
