Order Processing

Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
As soon as your order is shipped, a second email will be sent to you with tracking information, when available.

Delivery times vary depending on your country, the shipping method selected, and logistical conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

the destination country,
the selected shipping method,
and the weight or volume of the order.

We may also offer, depending on the period and current promotions, free shipping on selected orders or from a minimum purchase amount.

Delivery Areas

Trésor Kirikou ships to several countries, with special attention given to our customers in Africa as well as selected international destinations. Shipping availability depends on the country selected when placing the order.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may be required by local authorities. These possible charges remain the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the items or in the shipping fees displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number may be sent to you by email so that you can follow the progress of your parcel. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and the destination.

Delivery Address

Please check your information carefully before confirming your order. Trésor Kirikou cannot be held responsible for any error in the address provided by the customer.

Delay or Lost Parcel

If your order is significantly delayed or if your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and provide:

your order number,
your full name,
and, if possible, your tracking number.

Our team will do what is necessary to check the situation and assist you as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable or Returned Parcel

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated absence, or failed delivery, we will contact you in order to arrange a possible reshipment. Additional reshipping fees may apply.
